I think the last handwritten thing I sent in the post was a postcard to my granny and granda 3 years ago. It was a cute wee ‘colour me in’ postcard book, I sent a few to friends and family and then hid the book away in a drawer somewhere.
I didn’t think christmas card lists and envelope sealing could be this much fun – sitting by the fire, tree lights on, The Grinch rhyming in the background. I’m only sorry I didn’t photograph the gorgeous Paperchase laser cut cards before I sealed them up.
The little stack of cards looked very cute waiting to be posted, I almost didn’t want to part with them. Next year I will be over prepared with glitter filling and self designed cards hopefully.
